  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the cranberry orange glaze over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
