  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chicken ham to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers to the pot; stir to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Chop the cooked turkey bacon and stir it back into the stew before serving.
