A delightful comfort food that brings together the flavors of creamy potatoes, savory turkey bacon, and melted cheese.

  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
