3 cups diced potatoes
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
