- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with remaining cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.
