- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, onion, and bell pepper.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
