  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  3. In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice for the slaw.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and slaw inside the tortillas.
