Chocolate Orange Truffles

Indulge in the rich and zesty flavor of these chocolate orange truffles, a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • 50g icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling, then pour it over the chopped chocolate.
  3. Add the orange zest and juice, and stir until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until it’s firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in icing sugar to coat.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, you can roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts instead of icing sugar.
