  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, and melted chocolate until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy.

  • Let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving for a smoother texture.
