- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
