  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chipotle ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the burritos by placing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sliced chicken, and chipotle ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling, then cut in half to serve.
