  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Marinate for 15 minutes.
