- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili paste, and water until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles and sauce. Toss until the noodles are coated.
