Chili Lime Peanut Noodles

Delicious and easy Chili Lime Peanut Noodles that bring a zesty flavor to your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, chili paste, and water until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles and sauce. Toss until the noodles are coated.
  4. Add green onions and cilantro. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more chili paste.
  • Can be served cold or at room temperature.
