A delicious and easy recipe for Chicken Stir Fry Noodles, perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 8 ounces stir fry noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger; sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles and the soy sauce; mix well.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with turkey bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon or leave it out for a lighter dish.
