Chicken Ranch Macaroni and Cheese

A creamy, flavorful macaroni and cheese dish featuring chicken, ranch dressing, and turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chicken and turkey bacon, cooking until heated through.
  3. Stir in ranch dressing and milk, mixing well.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni, garlic powder, and half of each cheese, stirring until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some hot sauce to the ranch dressing.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
