- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add chicken and turkey bacon, cooking until heated through.
- Stir in ranch dressing and milk, mixing well.
- Add the cooked macaroni, garlic powder, and half of each cheese, stirring until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some hot sauce to the ranch dressing.
