Chicken Noodle Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
