  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Add some chili flakes if you like it spicy!
