Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
