  • 200 grams chowmein noodles
  • 250 grams chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Boil the chowmein noodles as per package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, and cook until chicken is tender.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and green chilies, cooking for a few more minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Finally, add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
