- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 8 tortillas, cut into strips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and taco seasoning.
- Layer half of the tortilla strips in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Layer the remaining tortilla strips on top, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
