  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add to the skillet with the chicken.
  5. Toss everything together and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
