  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sage, dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ricotta, pumpkin puree, garlic, sage, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
