  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sage, and nutmeg.
