A rich and creamy soup that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the added twist of turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion and celery, sautéing until soft.
  4. Stir in potatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and cook until potatoes are tender.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and flour. Stir into the soup.
  7. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
