- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat the marinated chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
