  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Slice and serve drizzled with additional caramel sauce if desired.
