- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
