A delicious and easy-to-follow Cantonese Chow Mein recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams chow mein noodles
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the garlic and mixed vegetables to the pan; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
