- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
