  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cooked macaroni, and ranch seasoning to the sauce and mix well.
  5. Fold in the cheddar cheese and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with blue cheese crumbles and additional cheddar if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
