- 1 pound crab meat
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté until soft.
- Add chicken ham and crab meat. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add corn and Old Bay seasoning, then cook for another 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added heat, include diced jalapeños.
