  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and parsley.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
