  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer the apple cider over medium heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sugars, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the reduced apple cider.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
