  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  5. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet and add beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  6. Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring to combine everything evenly.
  7. Add green onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
