  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
