- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- In a bowl, combine beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry onions, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger.
- Add beef back to the pan with sugar and water. Cook for another 5 minutes until well combined.
