  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the bell peppers and onions, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
