Bangin Breakfast Potatoes

A delicious and hearty breakfast option featuring crispy potatoes paired with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  6. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and heat until warmed through.
  7. Once the potatoes are finished, combine them with the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
