- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup additional crushed vanilla wafers for topping
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mixed together crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
