- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups banana pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed Nilla wafers
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in banana pudding and milk until combined, then pour over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in sliced bananas and crushed Nilla wafers.
- Top the cooled cheesecake with the whipped cream mixture. Chill before serving.
