  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. In a saucepan, mix honey, ground cinnamon, and crushed pistachios over low heat until combined.
  6. Spread the honey-pistachio mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool before removing from the springform pan.
