  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the olive oil mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges.
