  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, Baileys Irish Cream, and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed graham crackers until the mixture is well incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly, and place them back on the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 15-20 minutes.
