  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
