  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, bell peppers, and red onion.
